We value the fun, absurd and wonderful things that spring from our collective imagination.

Our space is perfect for, but not limited to, workshops, fundraisers, informal talks, magazine launches, intimate live music, theatre, fashion shows, photography, film shoots and more. We take bookings all year round with a fair bit of flexibility.

Rates

  • Pop-up markets, fundraisers, informal talks, creative industry events, zine /book launches, intimate live music, theatre, fashion shows, pop-up markets etc.

    $440 for 4hr minimum hire (bump in / bump out included in time slot)

    $85 for every additional hour

    $350 bond (paid 7 days in advance of booking)

  • Ticketed workshops (can include art, making, design etc)

    Mon - Thurs
    $110 for ½ day (4 hours) or $165 for whole day (8 hours)

    Fri - Sun
    $220 for ½ day (4 hours) or $330 for whole day (8 hours)

  • 2 hours (minimum booking ) $165

    Half Day (4 hours) $265

    Full Day (8 hours) $530

    Overtime $110
